Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 35-113.01 to make technical corrections to the state's federal funds request procedures.

Removes unnecessary commas from the requirement that state agencies submit copies of agreements, contracts, applications, and requests for federal funds to the Department of Administration.

Changes the article "a" to "an" in the provision requiring agencies to furnish a statement with each application or request for federal funds.

Adds the word "and" to clarify that agencies must submit copies of both agreements and contracts along with applications for federal funds.

Removes an unnecessary comma from the provision requiring departments to forward an acknowledgment to the Department of Administration upon receipt of federal funds.
