Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2081 regarding the Board of Psychologist Examiners' disciplinary procedures.

Prohibits the board from considering complaints against judicially appointed psychologists arising from court-ordered evaluations, treatment, or psychoeducation unless the ordering court first finds a substantial basis to refer the complaint to the board.

Applies this restriction specifically to psychologists appointed by courts to evaluate, treat, or provide psychoeducation for persons in judicial proceedings.

Renumbers existing subsections in section 32-2081 to accommodate the new restriction on complaints against judicially appointed psychologists.
