Amends Section 32-144 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding exemptions from technical registration requirements.

Prohibits persons from representing themselves as architects unless registered as an architect pursuant to state law, including those exempt from registration requirements.

Clarifies that exemptions from registration (for certain design work on small buildings, water treatment systems, and other specified activities) do not allow individuals to use the title "architect" or claim professional architect status.

Maintains existing exemptions for unregistered persons to perform certain design and construction activities within defined limitations, but prevents them from falsely representing professional credentials.
