Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2504 regarding escape in the first degree.

Adds "a juvenile secure care facility" to the list of facilities from which knowingly escaping or attempting to escape constitutes escape in the first degree.

Modifies sentencing requirements to specify that sentences for escape in the first degree must run consecutively to any confinement in a secure care facility in addition to existing consecutive sentencing requirements.

Applies to escapes involving use or threat of physical force or use of a deadly weapon/dangerous instrument against another person.
