Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-146 regarding malpractice claim review procedures for architects, assayers, engineers, geologists, home inspectors, landscape architects, and surveyors.

Requires plaintiff's attorney to forward a copy of malpractice complaint and report to the board containing defendant and plaintiff names/addresses and the registrant name/address providing services.

Specifies that the malpractice report is not discoverable and not admissible as evidence.

Directs the board to initiate an investigation upon receipt of the report to determine if the registrant violated any provision of the chapter or its rules.

Makes technical corrections by changing "names and addresses" to "name and address" and "promulgated" to "adopted" for statutory consistency.
