Amends section 43-1022 of Arizona Revised Statutes to allow a subtraction from Arizona gross income for the full amount of retired or retainer pay from the uniformed services of the United States received by honorably discharged veterans.

Adds this military pension subtraction as paragraph 38 to the list of authorized subtractions from Arizona gross income for tax purposes.

Provides tax relief specifically for honorably discharged veterans by exempting their military retirement pay from Arizona state income taxation.
