Adds Article 11 to Title 12, Chapter 13 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding admissibility of unmanned aerial vehicle evidence in court proceedings.

Makes any pictures or information obtained or collected by an unmanned aerial vehicle without a search warrant inadmissible as evidence in any Arizona court.

Defines "unmanned aerial vehicle" as a powered aerial vehicle that does not carry a human operator, uses aerodynamic forces for lift, can be piloted remotely or autonomously, may be expendable or recoverable, and can carry lethal or nonlethal payloads.
