Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-103 regarding qualifications for board members of the Board of Technical Registration.

Adds the article "a" before "geologist" in the list of professions requiring five years of active professional experience for board membership.

Maintains existing requirements that professional board members must be at least 25 years old and Arizona residents for three years prior to appointment.

Requires architects, geologists, assayers, landscape architects, professional engineers, and land surveyors to have at least five years of active professional experience documented by registration under the chapter.
