Repeals Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 8 of Arizona Revised Statutes and sections 13-1509, 13-2928, 13-2929, and 41-1724.

Eliminates the "gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount" established by section 41-1724, redirecting those funds to the public safety equipment fund.

Removes provisions allowing peace officers to arrest persons based on removability from the United States and eliminates vehicle impoundment authority for transporting or harboring undocumented aliens.

Repeals entrapment affirmative defense provisions in sections 23-212 and 23-212.01 relating to unlawful employment of unauthorized aliens.

Removes record-keeping requirement for employee work authorization verification through e-verify program (previously required to be maintained for duration of employment or at least three years).
