Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-743 regarding annual test result reporting by the state board of education.

Changes the publication date for annual test reports from September 1 to October 1 each year.

Requires reports to include standardized test scores, achievement data, dropout rates by ethnicity, graduation rates, and postsecondary outcomes for schools, districts, and the state.

Prohibits release of individual pupil test results by name or individually identifiable reference, and requires a 10-day delay after providing reports to school districts before public release.

Mandates school districts provide parents with copies of their child's standardized test scores and Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards Test results, and requires grade 12 AIMS results to be recorded on high school transcripts.
