Amends Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22 regarding the deviation rate for self-insured employers in workers' compensation.

Sets the deviation rate at 10 percent for calculating taxes and assessments paid by authorized self-insured employers and workers' compensation pools.

Extends the 10 percent deviation rate through calendar year 2020 (previously set to expire after 2015).

Applies to self-insured employers under Arizona Revised Statutes title 23, chapter 6.
