Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-351 to modify procedures for challenging nomination petitions and candidate nominations.

Establishes a 10-day challenge period (excluding weekends and holidays) after nomination papers are filed; if a candidate files supplemental petition signatures, a separate 10-day challenge period applies to those supplemental signatures.

Requires challengers to specify the petition number, line number, and basis for each signature challenge; failure to provide this information results in dismissal of the court action.

Maintains existing requirements that superior court decisions must be rendered within 10 days and are appealable only to the Arizona Supreme Court, with appeal notices filed within 5 days.
