Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1502 to add criminal trespass in the third degree for knowingly entering or remaining on another's real property while violating any other state or local law.

Establishes that a request to leave by a law enforcement officer acting at the property owner's request has the same legal effect as a direct request from the property owner or person with lawful control.

Criminal trespass in the third degree remains classified as a class 3 misdemeanor.
