Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-402 to authorize cities and towns to donate unclaimed personal property held in their custody to nonprofit charitable organizations.

Changes the minimum holding period for unclaimed property from 90 days to 100 days before it becomes eligible for donation.

Allows cities and towns to convey easements they no longer need to appropriate property owners without requiring payment or competitive bidding.

Maintains existing requirements for public notice and bidding procedures for the sale of other municipal real or personal property.
