Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1022 regarding notice requirements for rule making, amendment, or repeal by state agencies.

Replaces the term "regular mail" with "first class mail" in the notification requirements for persons requesting notification of proposed rule makings.

Replaces the term "telefacsimile" with "fax" as an acceptable method for notifying interested parties of proposed rule makings.

Removes the word "to" before the reference to persons requesting notification of all proposed rule makings, correcting grammatical language in the statute.
