Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-515.02 to remove outdated language referencing June 1, 2003 as a transition date for lottery purchase age restrictions.

Establishes a uniform prohibition making it unlawful for any person under twenty-one years of age to purchase lottery tickets or shares.

Specifies that knowingly violating the age restriction on lottery ticket purchases constitutes a petty offense.

Removes duplicate language that had previously described different age thresholds (eighteen versus twenty-one years) with an effective date that has long passed.
