Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-205.04 regarding domestic farm winery licenses and production limits.

Removes the minimum production requirement of 200 gallons per year and establishes a blank production cap (to be filled in) in place of the current 40,000-gallon annual limit.

Reduces the production threshold for wineries permitted to distribute to on-sale and off-sale retailers from 20,000 gallons to a blank amount (to be determined).

Reduces the production threshold for wineries permitted to conduct off-premises sales via telephone, mail, internet, or other remote ordering from 20,000 gallons to a blank amount (to be determined).
