Specifies five core topics that food handler training must address: time and temperature relationships, personal hygiene, contamination prevention, equipment sanitation, and temperature control problems.

Allows food handler training to be delivered through online, computer-based, or live classroom formats without requiring a course proctor.

Establishes that county-issued food handler certificates are valid across all Arizona counties that require such certification until expiration, and allows unlimited attempts to complete the course.

Recognizes in-house county food service training programs and pre-existing county-approved courses as accredited for purposes of this section.
