Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 40-360.01 to modify the composition of the power plant and transmission line siting committee.

Adds two new voting members to the committee: the state land commissioner (or designee) and the director of the Arizona game and fish department (or designee).

Increases the total committee membership from 6 state officials and 6 appointed members to 8 state officials and 6 appointed members.

Renames the "governor's energy office" to the "office of energy policy" in the bill's statutory language.

Maintains existing provisions for appointed member representation (three public members, one city/town representative, one county representative, and one agricultural representative) and compensation procedures.
