Amends section 20-1097.05 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to prepaid legal insurance contracts and rates.

Clarifies that rates for legal insurance shall be established consistent with the requirements of title 20, chapter 2, article 4.1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Makes a technical correction by replacing "title 20, chapter 2, article 4.1" with "article 4.1 of this title" for proper statutory reference.

Maintains existing provisions that rates are not considered unfairly discriminatory when averaged broadly among persons covered under group, blanket, or franchise contracts.
