Amends section 13-3107 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding unlawful discharge of firearms within municipality limits.

Defines "firearm" by reference to section 13-3101 in the statute's criminal negligence provision and exceptions section.

Maintains existing exceptions to the prohibition, including discharge on properly supervised ranges, during lawful hunting, by animal control officers, using blanks, and in self-defense against animal attacks.

Clarifies that "properly supervised range" includes ranges operated by nationally recognized shooting organizations, approved by federal or state agencies, or operated with adult supervision for air guns or underground ranges.
