Requires defendants convicted of felony offenses placed on probation to agree in writing to allow certified peace officers to conduct searches or seizures of their person based on reasonable suspicion at any time, with or without a warrant.

Prohibits peace officers from conducting searches or seizures under this authority for the sole purpose of harassment.

Applies the same search and seizure consent requirement to prisoners released on community supervision, requiring written agreement before release.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-901 and 41-1604.07 to codify these conditions of probation and community supervision.
