Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-326 regarding the capacity of school district governing boards.

Changes the language from "shall" to "may" in describing the governing board's ability to sue and be sued in the district name as specified in section 15-441, subsection B.

Preserves the governing board's authority to hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district.

Makes a technical correction to clarify the discretionary nature of the governing board's actions in legal proceedings and property matters.
