Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1152 regarding surety bonds and cash deposits required for licensed contractors.

Modifies the residential bond provisions to clarify that persons seeking recovery against residential contractor bonds must be licensees under the chapter furnishing labor, materials, or construction equipment, or persons injured as defined in section 32-1131.

Establishes that licensees seeking recovery against residential bonds must provide notice pursuant to section 33-992.01 and provide proof of service before becoming entitled to recovery.

Makes technical corrections to the bond claim procedures, including clarifying language regarding when suits may be commenced and how judgment proceeds are distributed from cash deposits.
