Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-4302 to extend professional license reciprocity to service members who have separated from the armed forces under honorable conditions within the preceding ninety days, in addition to military spouses accompanying active duty members to Arizona.

Requires applicants for reciprocal licensure to be currently licensed in good standing in at least one other state and to have held that license for a minimum of one year.

Permits regulating entities to require applicants licensed for fewer than five years to practice under direct supervision of a licensed professional in their practice area in Arizona.

Establishes background requirements including verification of education/experience standards met in the original state, passage of required examination, and absence of license revocation, voluntary surrender under investigation, or pending complaints or investigations.

Allows regulating entities to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states for both military spouses and separating service members, provided applicants meet standards substantially equivalent to or greater than Arizona's standards.
