Requires the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) administration to submit an annual report to the joint legislative budget committee on or before September 1 of each year.

Report must detail the amount of money each contractor remitted to AHCCCS in the preceding fiscal year and the reason for each remittance.

Report must include the number of death records reviewed against current members, results of the comparison, and information about insurance claims matched against private insurers and third-party payors, including payment amounts and timing.

Report must specify the total number of insurance companies that AHCCCS matched claims data against and whether each claim was paid by private insurers before or after AHCCCS paid the claim.

Report must disclose the payment structure for the vendor providing death record and claims matching information, and whether the payment structure favors cost avoidance or cost recovery for the state.
