AZ HB2514

Amends Arizona family law to prohibit courts from considering federal disability benefits awarded to veterans for service-connected disabilities when dividing marital property or awarding spousal maintenance.

Prevents courts from requiring veterans to indemnify their spouses or former spouses for any waiver or reduction in military retirement or retainer pay caused by receipt of disability benefits.

Prohibits courts from awarding other income or property of the veteran to the spouse or former spouse to compensate for any military pay reduction related to disability benefits.

Applies retroactively to all cases from July 28, 2010 forward.
