Creates new criminal offense for intentionally disclosing, displaying, distributing, publishing, advertising or offering photographs, videotapes, films or digital recordings of another person in a state of nudity or engaged in specific sexual activities without consent.

Establishes exemptions for law enforcement actions, medical treatment, voluntary exposure in public/commercial settings, and interactive computer services or information services regarding third-party content.

Classifies violation as class 5 felony, or class 4 felony if the depicted person is recognizable.

Adds section 13-1425 to Title 13, Chapter 14 and incorporates it into domestic violence definition under section 13-3601.
