Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-405 regarding justification for use of deadly physical force.

Adds new restrictions prohibiting a person from using deadly physical force if they leave a place of safety to actively pursue another person engaged in lawful activity.

Adds restriction prohibiting use of deadly physical force if a law enforcement officer requests the person retreat to a place of safety.

Preserves the existing "no duty to retreat" provision allowing use of deadly physical force in places where the person may legally be and is not engaged in unlawful activity.
