Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 44-313 regarding deposit of unclaimed property monies by the state Department of Revenue.

Changes the deposit requirement for the housing trust fund from a fixed $2.5 million annually to 55% of the proceeds from the sale of abandoned property.

Maintains the existing $2 million annual deposit to the seriously mentally ill housing trust fund established by Section 41-3955.01.

Keeps the $24.5 million annual deposit to the Department of Revenue administrative fund and maintains other deposit requirements for unclaimed shares, victim restitution payments, and trust fund reserves.
