Establishes a task force on best practices in physical education and behavior management appointed by the state board of education with ten members including school principals, superintendents, parents, physical education teachers, university professors, and representatives from health and fitness organizations.

Requires the task force to examine and evaluate best practices for educating and encouraging physical activity in Arizona schools, which may include nutrition recommendations.

Task force must submit a written report with findings and recommendations to the state board of education, state board for charter schools, governor, speaker of the house, and president of the senate by August 20, 2015.

Requires the state board of education and state board for charter schools to make the task force's best practice recommendations available to all school districts and charter schools in the state.

Task force is repealed effective September 15, 2016.
