Adds section 42-13301.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing property valuation of certified computer data centers for the 2014 tax year.

Limits the full cash value increase of certified computer data centers to no more than 20 percent above their 2013 tax year value, with proportional adjustment if the facility added square footage.

Limits the limited property value increase of certified computer data centers to no more than 20 percent above their 2013 tax year value, with proportional adjustment for net square footage increases.

Applies retroactively to the 2014 tax year with a valuation date of January 1, 2013.
