Establishes the fourth Saturday in November as "Native American Day," a new state holiday in Arizona.

Adds Native American Day to the enumerated list of state holidays in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 1-301, renumbering Christmas Day from paragraph 15 to paragraph 16.

Applies standard holiday observance rules: when Native American Day falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is observed instead; rules regarding Saturday observance do not apply to this holiday.

Legislature finds that Native American inhabitants have persevered and made significant contributions to Arizona and the United States despite historical injustices, and designates the holiday to honor and remember Native American contributions to the state's history.
