Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-462.06 to make technical and clarifying changes to board of adjustment procedures and appeal processes.

Changes language in subsection A from "shall establish" to clarify the legislative body's obligation to establish a board of adjustment by ordinance, consisting of at least 5 but no more than 7 members.

Modifies appeal notification language in subsection D to clarify that grounds "of the appeal" must be specified when filing notice of appeal with the zoning administrator and board.

Updates subsections J and K to specify that a "taxpayer who owns or leases the adjacent property" may appeal board decisions to the legislative body or file special action in superior court, with appeals to the legislative body required to be filed within 15 days and appeals to court within 30 days.

Makes stylistic corrections throughout, including updating "such" to "the," "wholly or partly" to "in whole or in part," and "Upon such" to "On the."
