Allows parents or guardians to file a complaint with the state board for charter schools if their child is not accepted for enrollment at a charter school.

Requires the state board to review and investigate any enrollment complaint filed under this section.

Authorizes the state board to pursue remedies against charter schools found to have violated state or federal law in their enrollment decisions, including revoking the charter or withholding up to 5% of monthly state funding until the violation is remedied.
