Creates new criminal offense of "causing or benefitting from child prostitution" under section 13-3213, prohibiting knowingly causing minors to engage in prostitution, using minors for prostitution, permitting minors under one's custody to engage in prostitution, receiving benefits from child prostitution, financing or managing prostitution activities involving minors, or transporting minors for prostitution purposes.

Classifies the new offense as a class 2 felony with mandatory consecutive sentences; minors under 15 receive dangerous crime against children sentencing under section 13-705; minors 15-17 receive 7-21 years for first offense, 14-28 years with one prior felony, and 21-35 years with two or more prior felonies.

Adds the new offense to dangerous crimes against children definitions, serious offenses, violent or aggravated felonies, sex offender registration requirements, and fingerprint clearance card disqualifications.

Amends section 13-3620 to require reporting of the new offense as a "reportable offense" and updates child abuse definitions in section 8-201 to include the new offense.

Separates existing child prostitution offense into two categories: one covering persons engaging in prostitution with minors and another covering those causing or benefitting from child prostitution by others.
