Requires state procurement officers, state agencies, counties, and cities/towns to purchase goods, articles, materials and services manufactured in or derived from the United States when feasible.

Exempts purchases prohibited by federal law or treaty from the American products requirement.

Exempts purchases that are inconsistent with the public interest, unreasonable in cost, or for products not produced or manufactured in the United States in sufficient, reasonably available commercial quantities and satisfactory quality.
