Amends Arizona law to require sale of forfeited or unclaimed firearms to authorized federal firearms licensed businesses rather than destruction.

Firearms must be sold to businesses authorized under federal, state, and local law that will resell according to those same laws, unless prohibited from sale.

Removes the one-year timeframe requirement for selling forfeited weapons and explosives.

Allows law enforcement agencies to trade retained firearms to federal firearms licensed businesses for ammunition, weapons, equipment, or other materials for law enforcement use.

Applies to firearms forfeited upon conviction for felonies involving deadly weapons, as well as unclaimed property held by law enforcement agencies.
