Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101 to add a new category of prohibited possessor in the definition section.

Adds subsection (f) defining a prohibited possessor as any person subject to an order of protection issued under section 13-3602 that prohibits firearm possession, provided the order was issued after a hearing where the person received actual notice and opportunity to participate.

Maintains existing prohibited possessor categories including those with felony convictions, those in correctional facilities, those on probation or parole, certain aliens, and those found to be danger to self or others through court order.
