Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1125 regarding personal property exemptions from creditor claims.

Increases motor vehicle equity exemption from $6,000 to $12,000 for debtors or their dependents who are physically disabled and require the vehicle to accommodate the disability.

Clarifies that possession of a disability license plate or windshield placard does not automatically prove physical disability for purposes of the exemption.

Maintains existing exemptions for wearing apparel, musical instruments, pets, jewelry, books, watches, household items, firearms, and prosthetic devices.
