Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-341 to require school district governing boards to prescribe and enforce policies and procedures to address sexual abuse of children, including methods to increase teacher, pupil, and parental awareness of sexual abuse issues.

Establishes a task force on child abuse and neglect composed of 12 members including legislators from both parties, the superintendent of public instruction, parents, teachers, school administrators, and child abuse prevention organization representatives.

Directs the task force to explore strategies for addressing child sexual abuse including awareness methods, warning signs, victim assistance options, and counseling resources.

Requires the task force to submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislature on or before December 1, 2015, while ensuring parental rights are protected.

Repeals the task force provision on February 15, 2016.
