Prohibits election officials, political party representatives, and challengers authorized to be within the seventy-five foot limit from wearing, carrying, or displaying materials that identify or support/oppose candidates, political parties, ballot questions, or other political issues.

Requires election officers administering elections to prohibit candidates and other persons from displaying or delivering materials within the seventy-five foot limit intended to influence election outcomes, with an exception for official election materials provided by election officers.

Maintains existing prohibitions on electioneering and unauthorized persons remaining within the seventy-five foot limit while polls are open, with violations classified as class 2 misdemeanors.

Defines "electioneering" as knowingly and intentionally expressing verbal support for or opposition to candidates, ballot questions, or political parties appearing on that election's ballot in order to influence how another person votes.
