Maintains existing restrictions on restoration of firearm rights: dangerous offense convictions are permanently barred, serious offense convictions have a 10-year waiting period, and other felonies have a 2-year waiting period.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, replacing "which" with "that" and "his" with "the person's" for gender-neutral drafting.
