Mandates that traffic complaints issued for violations detected by photo enforcement systems must include the date and time of the most recent calibration within the 24-hour period prior to issuance, or the court must dismiss the complaint.

Requires photo enforcement system calibration information to be included on traffic complaint forms issued under the uniform traffic ticket procedures.
