Arizona Department of Racing is exempt from rulemaking requirements through July 1, 2015 to increase fees under sections 5-104 and 5-230, with revenue not to exceed $2,600,000 in fiscal year 2014-2015.

Radiation Regulatory Agency may increase fees in fiscal year 2014-2015 with revenue capped at $561,000, deposited in the radiation regulatory fee fund.

Arizona Department of Agriculture may continue existing fiscal year 2013-2014 fees into 2014-2015, generating additional revenue not to exceed $218,000 to general fund, $113,000 to pesticide trust fund, and $26,000 to dangerous plants trust fund.

Director of Insurance is prohibited from revising fees or assessments in fiscal year 2014-2015 to meet the requirement of recovering 95-110 percent of the department's appropriated budget.

$1,000,000 from interest income on the budget stabilization fund is appropriated for fiscal year 2014-2015 deposit into the arts fund, and $30,000,000 each for fiscal years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 (plus $60,000,000 in 2016-2017) is allocated from Arizona highway user revenue fund to counties, cities, and towns for transportation infrastructure costs.
