Urges the Arizona Department of Transportation to designate the portion of U.S. Route 160 between the New Mexico state line and the junction of U.S. Route 89 as the "Native American Women Veterans Highway."

Honors Native American women veterans who have served in the United States armed forces, including 14 who served in the Army Nurse Corps during World War I and approximately 800 who served from 1941 to 1945.

Notes that nearly 3,900 Native American women currently serve among 1.4 million active duty military personnel.

Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying the highway designation.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation and the President of the Navajo Nation.
