AZ HCR2004

Proposes an amendment to Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 to be submitted to voters at the next general election.

Removes the arrest privilege that currently exempts legislators from arrest except in cases of treason, felony, and breach of the peace.

Retains the provision that members of the legislature shall not be subject to civil process during legislative sessions or for 15 days before each session begins.

Eliminates the carve-out allowing arrest of legislators for treason, felony, and breach of the peace, making them subject to arrest like ordinary citizens while maintaining immunity from civil process during prescribed periods.
