AZ HCR2023

Proposes repeal of Section 16-901.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes and Title 16, Chapter 6, Article 2 relating to the Citizens Clean Elections Act.

Directs the Legislative Council Staff to prepare conforming legislation to align Arizona Revised Statutes with the repeal for consideration in the 52nd Legislature, first regular session.

Requires submission of the proposition to voters at the next general election under Article IV, Part 1, Section 1 of the Arizona Constitution.

Concurrent resolution enacted by the House and Senate as a measure requiring voter approval to become law.
