AZ HCR2025

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-103.01 to correct terminology relating to horse and dog racing facilities.

Changes the term "race track" to "racetrack" (single word) in the statute governing prohibited activities for racing commission employees and appointees.

Maintains existing prohibitions preventing commission employees and appointees from: entering business dealings with racetrack owners or permittees, being employed by racetracks or permittees, or participating as owners, trainers, or jockeys in state racing meetings.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election for approval under Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
