AZ HCR2031

Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 2 of the Arizona Constitution to lower the voting age from eighteen to sixteen years old.

Changes the voter qualification requirement from "eighteen years or over" to "sixteen years or over" for all general elections and votes on public questions.

Maintains all other voter qualifications, including U.S. citizenship, state residency requirements, and disqualifications for incapacitated persons and those convicted of treason or felony.

Requires the Arizona Secretary of State to submit this constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election for approval.
